MLK Day of Service 2016 Volunteer Registration

This year  Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hopedale at 187 Hopedale St.  in Hopedale will host registration, send off, and the community dinner including the Power of One Award presentation.

for check-in and registration at 2 pm. We will be off to volunteer  from 2:30-4:30 pm in and around the Hopedale/Milford area. The day will conclude with a community supper at Sacred Heart at 5 pm, followed by the presentation of the annual POWER of ONE award at 6 pm in the Sacred Heart sanctuary.

Tony Lorenzen at Hopedale Unitarian Parish, PO Box 367, Hopedale, MA 01474 or email it to revtonyuu at   Volunteer registration is requested before 5 p.m. on Thursday, January 14 so that we may determine what volunteer projects we can staff.  People are welcome to register on the day of the event, but we can’t guarantee volunteer placement.

IMPORTANT NOTE for ONLINE REGISTRATION – We appreciate your online registration. Please note that all people who register online will need to sign a liability waiver when they check in at registration.  If you are under 18, we appreciate your online registration for planning purposes, but we also need to have your parents signature on a registration form and the liability waiver. That can be done at registration on the day of the event or you can bring it with you.

MLK Day of Service Volunteer Registration

Use this form to register to for the MLK Day of Service as volunteer. If registering as part of a group, each individual must still complete a volunteer form.
  • Please include things such as computer skills, artistic skills, working with children, fluency in a language other than English (and what language), carpentry, the ability to lift heavy boxes, gardening, etc.
