A one session class where participants explore their spiritual and religious journey and what brought them to our church and to Unitarian Universalism. Participants learn what UU and HUP have in common with other churches and what makes us different. We discuss how both the UUA and HUP are governed. We learn about what’s going on at HUP, how to get involved as well as what’s expected of people who become members of the church. This class is required before becoming a voting member, even if you’ve previously belonged to a UU congregation.
