This class is great for newbies as well as seasoned yogi. Class focuses on breath awareness, proper alignment, building strength and increasing flexibility and relaxation through warm-ups, props to support the body and a sequence of poses designed to gently stretch various parts of the body. By gently stretching all the major muscle groups, this practice induces a state of relaxation and calm. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Please dress in comfortable clothes. Yoga blocks and yoga straps are optional.
